Services
Oklahoma City Fire Protection provides fire protection inspection, testing, and compliance documentation services for commercial and multi-family properties. We are an inspection-only company and do not install, repair, or sell fire protection systems.
Inspections
Inspections are performed by licensed, certified technicians to applicable NFPA standards. Inspection reports document the condition of your systems at the time of inspection. We are not responsible for conditions that arise after the inspection is completed.
Deficiencies
If our inspection reveals deficiencies, we document them and provide a report. We do not perform repairs. You are responsible for hiring a licensed contractor to correct any deficiencies identified.
Scheduling and payment
Inspection scheduling is subject to technician availability. Payment terms are agreed upon before services are performed. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual conditions found during the inspection.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection service performed. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to fines, insurance issues, or property damage resulting from fire protection system failures.
